I've used them for years with my former employer, and she swore my them and asked me to only book through them. Now it was my turn to use them, and after one bad experience at JFK involving an impatient driver and a walker he refused to make fit, they more than made up for it with two stellar rides. The last ride was miraculous, as our friendly and knowledgeable driver Lei J. got us to JFK from Manhattan in record time despite rain and midday traffic.

This is my honest review but I am awarded $10 Car cash from Carmel for sharing it. I would have shared this info anyway, and also reviewed Lei to Carmel within the app, which works pretty well, too!
