Was so happy with our new Kia. Seems we've hit a small snag on paperwork. Our salesman Joel has assured that he and his manager are handling the issue. I'll see how this issue is resolved before I leave my full review. I have been assured multiple times that I will be taken care of. So I will return hopefully to return a five star review.
