I'll let you decide for yourself. A repair is needed on an exterior facing door. They took 10 days to reply to the initial email about the repair. It's now been 35 more days, during which at least 4 more emails, and two voicemails have been sent about the timing of the repair, and the "community manager" has not replied. Still no idea when the repair is going to be made, if ever.
