The experience was good ,Receptionist was friendly and offered other options ,Although there was a lot of people waiting while only two receptionist on duty ,Hotel rooms are amazing and clean with big space ,Rates are affordable and reflects 5 star rooms hotel ,Service at the pool and beach is very bad ,U can say there is no service at all ,U should wait at least 1 hour to get someone bring u water ,There was no one cleans after people leaving benches ,No supervisor to talk with ! There is one manager who pass by and has no comment on workers neither greets any one ,Beach benches has no covers and no lifeguard is on duty ?! Breakfast restaurant is well organized but the food is tasteless even for basics ,No one offered coffee or tea !
On the way to room there was beer spilled all over the elevator
My recommendation is to look at the service guys its such a waste to keep such nice hotel without excellent service !
