If I could a negative star I would. I bought a company in November and the previous owner had warned me about the POS companies (mostly the sales people bad customer service ) but the rates were great so it was reccomend I stick with them.

I did. I have regretted it ever since.

It has been nothing but headaches ever since. In December it really started as they for some reason closed my account twice. Withheld approximately $10,000 before finally releasing the funds in early January, reason why I still do not know.
They also billed some of my clients twice in one day during the period of dec 21st-27th. I received the amount I was supposed to and so i did not realize this had happened until the new year when clients started calling to report this to me and ask me what happened. The money was not in our accounts so we initiated an investigation with First Data. It is now January 26th and they have still not rectified the situation, or even contacted me to tell me where they are at. We reached out to our clients once we had determined a time frame and are now sitting at 12 clients that were double billed

And to top this all off they are randomly withholding funds every day since early January, they currently have over $13,000 of my money being held of my companies money again with no answers as to why.

I have called this company daily with hopes of getting this resolved, trying to get management to do something, they have had over a month to "review" this account.

I am now having to look into legal action against this company in order to get the money they owe me and the apologies and money that they took from my clients back!
