Pam McNamee, Property Manager, at Metro Group lies...

Pam McNamee, Property Manager, at Metro Group lies, is corrupt and can't be trusted. She has been told by the Pinehurst Condominium attorney to allow the co-owners to see the financials and she is flat out refusing. We recently uncovered that she is putting Board member projects that they were suppose to be paid for by board members themselves on to other association projects and hiding the costs on the bills for board members to have the association cover those costs. She has stated there is no extra money from a roof assessment, yet the contract and payments the co-owners paid show that over $20,000 was overpaid and Pam McNamee states there is no extra money. She refuses to tell the co-owners where the money is, what is going and has provided no updates, board meeting minutes or anything in almost 2 years. She recently sent out a letter for the annual meeting in December that only 1 board seat is open, yet all 3 board seats are open and has conspired with the current board to try and keep them on the board to continue the corruption. She does not follow the bylaws ever and can't be trusted. Do not use Metro Group if Pam McNamee is going to be your property manager. Several co-owners have caught her in lies and she can't be trusted with money or anything else. She has also recently sent out an assessment letter demanding $6,000 from each co-owner, yet the bylaws state there must be a vote from co-owners for anything over $1,000. She also sent out another letter asking for signatures for an amendment to the bylaws and it must be signed by Nov. 30th, yet the bylaws state there must be a vote at an annual meeting or special meeting. The bylaws state the annual meeting are to be in April, yet she schedules them in December. Having Pam McNamee as a property manager is a nightmare. She has no idea what she is doing, doesn't read the bylaws and violates the Michigan Condominium Act of 1978.
