Service advisor blamed me for causing damage to my vehicle and pressured me to pay for more repairs than I needed. Always, always get a second opinion on any repairs from this dealership. Service advisors get a commission on upselling repairs and added services. The clue that you don't need extensive repairs is that the advisors will start using examples of some other guy who was just in the other day who needed more repairs, or they'll use analogies like comparing a jet fighter to your car,etc. Worse they guilt you into getting extensive work done by using the SAFETY code word or if they think you are somewhat educated, they say it is MBUSA policy, yadda,yadda...
