School of Rock was a great show but as a parent with a grade 7/8 school trip I was disappointed to hear the gentleman who we believe to be manager spontaneously yell loudly at our kids who were the only ones left in a vacant lobby. our kids well behaved all the way through the show endured an older group carrying on throughout the show. This man having dealt with the older group several times seemed to have redirected his anger at our kids who were admittedly calling out to each other (again in an empty lobby) while trying to form up for the bus. When asked by one of the teachers why the outburst, he shrugged and avoided conversation.

The rezt of the day incredible but it only takes one event like this to tarnish it.
