It was actually a relaxing stay at Pool Villa, with a confortable outdoor furnitures. Staffs are all friendly and well trained. The only two things I feel slightly unsartisfied with are: 1) A la carte breakfast: We expected variety of buffet style of breakfast just like the one we enjoyed at Four Seasons Chaing Mai. 2) No information/letter was provided from Hotel about the renovation of a part of resort. I felt slight unconfortable by the noise of renovation. All others are perfect, quite recommendable!

The rooms are well located and the hotel is unique in its location. The various levels accentuate differing aspects of the local surroundings.
