Working with this company has definitely been a rollercoaster ride that started in August 2019 and still hasn t finished (May 2020). Affordable BBQ Island has left our final product, that took at least 3 months to receive, with cracks/holes in the countertop that haven t been repaired and the owner, Ivan, spoke with my husband about switching the location of the trash can and access door which was never conveyed to the builders. We have been contacting Ivan since February when the BBQ was delivered and no one has come to fix it. We are now left with a $15,000 barbecue that isn t finished.
