I give them a three because when Capelouto was a family owned business, they were amazing. It has not been the same quality of product used to spray for all kinds of bugs, since bought over by Terminix. (I would have given them a zero.) I am not surprised because we originally had Terminix services and switched to Capelouto when the ants, wasps, roaches and spiders were taking over and we were loosing the battle. The staff is still incredibly helpful and professional but I cancelled the monthly maintenance because it did not seem to be working. Once again, the bugs were taking over and my money went along with it. I am worried about our termite bond because it renewed months after Terminix took over.
