I have been in R1 for almost 3 years and I come from international and intercontinental work experiences despite my young age. My story in the company can be an example of meritocracy like so many others in here. Within a few days I was inserted into the staff at full speed and over the months, they recognized in me a potential that allowed me to do my best. This happens in realities where attention to the person is high and you are not just a work tool. Here I say people have great value and respect for the person comes first. Thank you colleagues :)
