They made us wait for an 1 hour and 30 minutes. And been kick out of the pool more than twice we asked the staff, why are we out of the pool they just responded with a we don't actually know seriously. Then my Th went to asked the front dest and they said the want people to leave first than we can get in cause it was a hot day. Then people left and we got into the pool and had a great evening.beside that issue
