It's a company that you should not trust in buying any houses. They will sell properties knowing the issues it has and that will cost you money later most of issues are old electrical wiring, Plumbing pipes having holes due to rust, water leaks and thery are awear and will pretend that they have no knowledge of it and still sell the property to you without letting you know. Trust me I know because I was able to work close enough to find out how they do business. The tenants that are renting the properties some are in bad conditions , buildings are horrible falling apart with a lot of electrical problems alot have foundation problem this issues can cause harm to there family that renting. they use contractors not license to do the electrical, plumbing work so they don't have spend much money and putting tenants at risk. why would you want to do business with Debbie and Eddie, Why do business with company that don't care about any of there employees not even the ones that have being there from day one. After living in a rental home tjat i was paying $2200 and almost bought from them i found out all the issues that the inspector did not see and realize that me and my family could have got hurt from the elictrical and having the elictrical metor closr to yhe ground know that was a flood area. We Lost everything during the Harvey and Eddie and Debbie never ask if they could help my family not even if we were okay, 3 years and 10 monyh. Was very disappointed Eddie dose not have any respect for any woman in that office Before you buy a property make sure to ask the tenantsand ask how is the building or the issues in the home.
