Room was comfortable, facing rear, so was quiet. Clean. Water pressure in shower was very strong. WiFi worked okay. Bedding very comfortable. Reception staff staff was helpful and as was Renate who cheerfully greeted us upon arrival in street and helped with bags up escalator to reception. Hotel location is in center of upscale shopping if that interests you and is walk-able to many attractions. Metro nearby. Special mention to at-large manager Leila Bakkali weeks before for her help when I made mistake with reservation which she fixed. I sensed that Sofitel valued my business. This hotel is recommended.
