Great location, beautiful hotel, amazing staff. I had too many interactions with employees to name them all. All staff members were passionate and it showed daily. From the valet, to the staff in the convenient store (yes, there is Starbucks coffee), to the waiters in the velvet lounge, to the maids, I've never received such genuine and authentic passionate service from any other establishment. Everybody rocked it!

Just to share one story, whilst waiting for my car at the lobby I saw a valet attendant play catch with a young boy. I got tired from just seeing him run up and down, but the attendants spirit kept strong and the young boy couldn't stop laughing. A child's laugh is highly contagious and I couldn't help but just smile. It's moments like this that made my first stay at the hard rock hotel orlando, the best hotel stay I've ever had in a city inundated by hotels. I will definitely be returning.
