I have been having issues with both air handlers of the ductless air conditioning unit installed in my home. Since the install, the units have only worked properly three times. The installer, Lenny, has stopped by to inspect. His results show that the freon in the compressor is at an acceptable level and the air handlers worked at the time of his visit. Later that day, without changing any settings on the remote, the rooms were not effectively cooled. I have texted him with the issues I am addressing to you. He stated that he was going to notify the office of this issue.

The temperature on the remotes are always set at 62 degrees, yet the rooms do not get as cold as it should be. I have let the air handlers run independently for 3 hours each time trying to cool the rooms to no avail. The days used were not extremely hot days and I expected a better result. I have also tried cooling the rooms at different times during the day.

The 24k air handler blows a heavy fan which does not cool the rooms it was intended to. The 3 times that it has operated at the set temperature, it cooled one and a half rooms instead of the two rooms intended. The 25k air handler was placed in a position which I explained would not be able to reach the additional room as there was a partial blockage of a wall.

The 9k air handler also blows a heavy fan which seems more like heat.

Please advise as this is not the result I expected prior to purchasing from Sears.

In addition, I received a bill prior to the installation of the unit and the amount does not reflect the price match promised by TransformPro (Sears)
