I am interested in online accounting classes as I work full time. What a hokey pokey place this is! I now know why Donald in pre-enrollment was very vague about online programs. Online Accounting Principles 1 is very hard to navigate through all the materials required and put them together to figure out what is what. I am 3 days into the class and I have not even started my course work as I am still trying to figure out what to do and where to go on the computer programs. Spent hours and even had a friend look at it to help me. So disappointed I need to spend this much time just trying to basically "open the book". A huge let down. Then My Excel course book is for Excel 2016 and the HTC software is Excel 365 so the book doesn't follow the software! I was told by the instructor I "should be able to complete my assignments"! What? Course materials did not state I needed to have Excel 2016 program on my own to complete this course. UPDATE: I dropped my Accounting Principles class within the free drop period and now the finance office can't "See my drop" so they cannot process a refund! OMG! I spent 45 minutes trying to get to someone who knows what is going on and my Drop was processed correctly. I can't afford Rasmussen College which I hear is much better online program, so I am stuck with struggling through this joke of a college. Where did the HTC employees get their degree? Clown college? Not happy at ALL!
