Not a great experience with the staff members ther...

Not a great experience with the staff members there. Upon entering, I was told that I could hold my backpack by my side by a staff member there. A second staff member approached me and asked me about my backpack, but told me I could keep it. A third staff member asked me about my backpack, and I told her two other staff members told me I could keep it. While talking to her, a FOURTH staff member came up and told me that this is "two misinformations" in a very aggressive tone, and told me I had to put it in a locker. She was very cold and rude. I understand a no-backpack policy, but please address this from the beginning or be more friendly when telling me I can't carry it. The staff intensely watches you as you look at the art - I'm there to enjoy art, not feel like a criminal.
