This Oba is a very nice and quiet place to study, read but also to be just there. It is (almost) always very quiet, the staff is very polite, you can easily find everything through all the information, and even if you can not find it the staff help you, but it is also a nice place for children, there are on the ground floor a lot of sitting / playing places for children and also a lot of suitable books for them. I have heard that children are sometimes also read aloud.
