My experience has been pretty bad along with my disappointment in the bag the service has not been good. The bag was sent missing the correct straps paid extra for and it has been over a week of back and forth with emails trying to get it fixed. The emails are covered with polite etiquette however the dance around of not fixing the issue has left a horrible taste in my mouth for the company and I would not want to give my support or business to a company that can not seem to keep track of information or what is being said.. maybe different people answering emails? Not sure, either way it is unfortunate that they do not know how to handle a mistake on their end!
