Set up automatic billing twice. First time they end up calling to say my bill isn't paid, so I set it up again. Second time, I kept getting automatic calls from them which would instantly put me on hold to wait for a real person, without any input, in the middle of the work day, with no reason for the call. Needless to say, I can't wait on hold while working, so I ignored the calls as I've already setup billing with them twice, so there shouldn't be any issues. Less than a month goes by after these calls where no real person is calling and there is no explanation for the calls and I get an angry voicemail from a collection agency. They have my address, my phone number, my automatic withdrawal info (twice) and they are still trying to pull garbage like this.
They also tried to charge several hundred dollars as a "connection fee" when I was just changing the name on the bill.
I've cancelled services with them and will never return.
