Other than location, unkept and not safe hotel.

Other than location, unkept and not safe hotel.

First, the rooms lack furniture in it, there is no dresser, second chair, no mini fridge. Second, we had to ask the housekeeping to change our sheets twice! Because they kept giving us linens with holes in them, only to get a third sheet that had stains on it. Bath towels also were all ripped on both sides. At this point, get news ones, it s just embarrassing and uncomfortable to be given that as a guest. Third, staff were rude on phone when having to ask for house keeping as by 2:30 our room had not yet been serviced (we left the room at 9). Also our bathroom sink drain could go down to plug the drain but there was no tab to release it and pop it back up, so we had a sink filled with water, which thankfully they were able to fix when they did come to the room for housekeeping. And fourth, the best part, is that we had a maintenance staff come to our room at 9:30 PM! to fix a clogged drain which we never reported but he didn t even knock at our door or explain he was from maintenance; he tried opening our door first, without knocking? This was very very very uncomfortable and felt wrong. He (Brian) tried the door again and then finally knocked but didn t not explain he was from maintenance until I spoke to him through the door to ask who he was and what he wanted. If this was in relation to the sink problem we had before which was correct and also not a clog, the staff really should speak amongst themselves. For a hotel staff member to try opening our door without knocking first and stating who he was that late at night, seems so unsafe and just suspicious. The front desk did explain he was staff and that they can complete maintenance until 10 pm but if I don t know that anyone is coming since I never asked, them to have someone try to open my door that late at night without knocking/explaining who they are is just scary. I was told by front desk staff Jessica that one of the three supervisors would call be once they came in at 9 am, Andy, Heather, or Shyanne, would call me to escalate this safety issue, however by 11 am when I am writing this, still nothing from them. This truly was the worst experience I ve ever had at any hotel, not just for the poor house keeping and unclean sheets, delayed staff, but the audacity of maintenance staff to try to open my door without knocking that late at night. This needs to be escalated and reported. This is not a safe hotel.
