Bed was very comfortable and rooms were nice. We had to wait over 45 minutes at the airport and the hotel would not answer any of the 4 times we called to check on where the driver was. Shuttle was able to take half our group and left the other half waiting on the sidewalk at the airport. While we were in the lobby checking in, the driver was walking around and just chit-chatting with the valet driver instead of getting our other team. He finally went to get them after I confronted him. The rest of our team arrived after almost an hour and a half of waiting.
