The vets were lovely enough, and our dog was well-taken care of, although as to be expected, a bit shaken upon being picked up. It is very expensive, for little in return - $1200 for 24 hours (no surgery and only a minor emergency that we could have treated at home but were advised that it would be safest to keep him in overnight). Make sure you check the invoice/receipt upon check out. They charged us $110 for Bravecto although it said in his discharge notes that we didn't need to give it to him for a week (they hadn't actually given it to them). I raised this straight away and was told "Oh I don't know why that's written there," and then they provided us a packet since we had paid for it.... but could have walked out being overcharged.
