I only gave 2 stars because the gentleman I was working with was very polite and helpful. The big issue was with the appraisal. After charging me $450, I was informed that I would have to pay an ADDITIONAL $400. Problem is, I happen to know that appraisers in my area only receive about $250 from the lender. This was a clear case of gouging. They lost a customer over $400. Pure greed.
