A lot better this time around. We have the diamond elite membership so we're able to go pretty much anytime that we are free. Last week the first time we visited customer service could have been better..e.g if I'm playing a game with my family and it cost $10 and I hand you a 20 and you get aggravated because you have to make change and you tell me that you can't give me $10 back is just a small example employees not seeming to be happy that they're there now that was last we win again this week and the customer service was absolutely terrific today at the park so last week we can chalk it up too employees being tired and or having an off-day. Certain employees seem like they don't know everything that's involved since I have two employees telling mesomething completely different for the same subject. But all-in-all the membership is a good deal you do need to know what benefits each package Intel's six flags really needs to include a more detailed explanation of the package that you're going to receive so that way you can receive all of your benefits that come with your membership. All in all it was a great time today and we look forward to returning back to the park in the next two weeks.
