I am completely disgusted with In The Swim. I don t know how they are still in business. I ordered a pool on 06/13/2020 when it was in stock and I even made sure it was in stock by verifying with the rep. The rep told me the pool would be delivered in 7-10 days but more like 10 due to COVID. Ok cool. A few days before the order was to be delivered I called In The Swim because I did not get a email or a tracking number. I was then told the pool would not be delivered until the middle of July , then the rep came back and said the pool wouldn t go out from their warehouse to be delivered until the middle of July. So I waited and no pool so I called them again and was told the pool would be in the following week. The following week nothing I called again and was told it will be in the following week. The following week Came and no email no phone call. I called In the swim on Friday 07/25/2020 and spoke to a rep who told me the pool was being delivered to the warehouse between 3-4 that day would be processed over the weekend and shipped out this week. Every time I called they were quick to ask if I wanted to cancel and I declined. So Monday comes and I call them just to ake sure the pool was there and would be going out this week. The gentleman on the phone proceeds to tell me they aren t getting anymore of these pools in for the rest of the summer and they should have cancelled my order 2 weeks ago i still dont have my money
