If I could give "Zero stars", I would. If you prefer skilled services for your loved one to be totally inept, then definitely send them here. Not only did my father in law come out in much much worse condition after a three month rehab visit, his entire stay there was a complete nightmare. Staff and doctors who didn't respond to messages and voicemails, no one telling us that rehab services were unavailable due to COVID (but fully booking Medicare for his stay), and just dropping him off on the door step when he returned home was unfathomable. It was like a scene out of a bad movie. My FIL shared with us that nurses restricted his water intake because they didn't want to change him often and he'd often get breakfasts that were carb-loaded (totally inappropriate for someone who has metastatic bone cancer). Cherry on top? They sent home the wrong release discharge papers and gave us someone else's with their personal identification information. The only person who returned our calls said they couldn't find his papers so we're out of luck. My family and I are absolutely horrified at the condition my FIL returned home to us in. It's extremely tragic and infuriating.
