Organization has no real power in DHS politics its...

Organization has no real power in DHS politics its all a show to collect government funds. After numerous reports Shelter staff continue to enable sexual, verbal and physical abuse. Staff talk to the criminals in this system like their babies and anyone who tries to uphold justice will be shunned and oppressed by all staff under any director at any DHS facility. The coalition does nothing to hold DHS employees accountable for abuse of power.
