Purchase a 2013 (new) 328i from Otto's BMW of West...

Purchase a 2013 (new) 328i from Otto's BMW of West Chester Pa. The vehicle developed a problem with the drivers side door that required extensive body work. Otto's service department was forthright about the problem and both BMW of NA and Otto's did the right thing by standing behind their product and standing up for this customer!
They have me as a customer for life!
