Got a response a week after initial inquiry. Called back, and received no response.

This is great in a way - I m glad I figured this out before I entered into a contract with them.

I d look elsewhere for renovation work. If they can t call you back when they re trying to get your business, they aren t going to be responsive once they get your money.
