Pretty disappointed with McGrath during my most recent visit. I've been there anymore times and usually it is a pretty good experience. For this most recent time, I specifically made an appointment for a strut repair on Monday on my Lexus es350 under warranty. When I got in, the rep told me it should be pretty quick- max 1.5 hours. After 1.5 hours no one had looked at my car so I went back home since I have work. I got a call 1.5 hours later informing me that the part isn't even in stock. Why give me an appointment for a strut replacement if the part isn't even in stock??

Since it wasn't in stock they said the car won't be available till Tuesday by noon. The next day I get a call saying the replacement part broke so they need to order another one and my car will be ready by noon Wednesday. Why wouldn't you keep these parts in stock??? Then the next day I don't get a call from them in the morning, so I call and they tell me it will be done for sure by end of day (it finally was). It's pretty ridiculous that A. I got an appt without the part in stock and B. had to be without my car for 3 days for a repair that should take 1.5 hour max to fix. Very disappointed in this dealership during this last visit.
