I leased my 2018 Acura TLX about a month ago and I LOVE it!! I spoke to Jessica on the phone about the vehicle. She provided every detail I asked for. One of the best part was when I went in to look at the vehicle and test drive it and there were no hidden fees! I worked with Juan but every other staff member were so helpful and friendly. Josh made sure they got the exact color I was looking for. Luis took the time to show me every feature on the vehicle, before I left the dealership I knew exactly how to work my car. The week after I went to get my license plate it was super busy but Dave made sure he was able to assist me and put my plates on for me. Really a great experience!!! My two brothers, my uncles and my father all purchased their vehicles from this dealership. I most definitely recommend Open Road Acura of Wayne.
