I took my 90-something-yr-old mom to her first doctor's appt since the NYC Pause ended. This is the first time we've used Carmel for this type of trip and it was a perfect experience from start to finish: our driver was early; he was kind; he was careful to park where my mother could exit and enter the car with east (this was on the Upper East Side); the care was immaculate. The ride was booked as a round-trip with waiting time. I was astonished at how reasonable the final cost was, it was not much more than two separate yellow cab trips would have been. We will definitely be using Carmel for future trips of this kind.
