Very poor visitor experience of a nice place. You are walked around by a guide who doesn t explain anything but leaves you to a poorly designed audio guide. They are obsessed with hygiene and you have to wear plastic shoe covers shipped straight from China which are then discarded in the next room. Incredible that a cultural institution doesn t have the environmental maturity to understand where all that plastic will end. Especially one surrounded by water.
