Hi, I had a road accident and I have contacted Irwin Mitchell. They sent me the link to complete forms online which didn t work and I been keep chasing them for 1-2 weeks and they sent me forms which I sent back and after one week I contacted them and I have been advised that they never received the forms and I have been sent another forms to fill. It took nearly 2-3 weeks. I got a notification that my file has been updated and I contacted them back and got transferred back to a very rude case manager ( she shouldn t be there ). As per the forms guidelines if we have a legal expense cover we should inform them immediately and they will contact them directly ( please ready guidelines which is sent with the forms ) But my case manager was so so rude that she didn t even considered that I have been suffering due to their service. And was asking me to send her a proof of legal expense cover which is ridiculous as according to their guidelines they should be contacting my insurance company. Anyways when I contacted my insurance company about this they advised me the same that they don t give any confirmation as my solicitor should be contacting them. I requested customer services that I want to speak to the complaint team but couldn t put me through and again I rang them to raise my concerns but again they couldn t put me through to the team leader/ complaint handling manager. They didn t even bother to call me back but I will genuinely advise you to get rid of your rude case manager who was dealing with my road accident claim. My case was straight forward as other driver was drunk and agreed everything. You team was so unprofessional and couldn t help !!! I won t recommend your service to anyone at all
