Mold, robberies in broad daylight. 2 buildings next to mine have had their doors kicked and have been robbed, IN BROAD DAYLIGHT! 2 times in each building that I know about. My neighbor's son was robbed at gun point entering his apartment IN THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING IN BROAD DAYLIGHT! The water bill is what ever they feel like charging you, no matter what you actually use (I'd swear the meters are being messed with). Residents and visitors get towed almost every day parking pass and all. Especially after 6. They went to hell and personally recruited Tawanna Sims. She's rude af.
