I was a guest at the National Chef of the Year semi-finals, organized by WRBM. I found it impressive to see how Clair, Hanne and the rest of the team had arranged their organization perfectly. And that in hectic circumstances. What do I mean by hectic? Take a busy Sunday evening in a restaurant kitchen and multiply that by 100! Ladies a hell of a job!
