Spoke with someone the day before coming in about helping with a boot fitting, they told me they could help no problem and to just come in around noon. When I showed up to talk to someone they acted like I was lying to them about speaking with someone previously and stormed off when I asked for some basic information. I have worked as a ski instructor for 10 years and I have bought skis, snowboards, and boots here, but I will never step foot in that shop again. One employee did end up helping me out with the basic questions, but the incompetence of the employee I spoke with and the two others that were there while it happened is inexcusable.
