Hello, my name is Umida and I want to say that the service at Vnukovo Airport is just awful. I have no complaints about cleanliness, BUT I think you need to work well with the employees, because some of your employees (Tatyana, Andrey, etc., working on 02.16.2020)are not well. because they couldn't explain the situation, I missed my flight . I have been to many countries but such rude service was only at Vnukovo airport and I wished that I flew through this airport, I hope I will not have to go there anymore
