I have been working for this company for about a year and 6 months. Its not a bad place to work depending on what department your in. Im in MS (Matireal Services). In this department you will work hard. This department will beat you down if you let it. MS at the wearhouse in Wilmington isn't to bad, but at the plant it gets rough. The plant is more cleaner and organized. MS does work a lot of 12 hours and 10s. Sometimes 6 days, sometimes 7. The money is good and the benefits are great. I do want to add that the sub assembly lines do also work overtime especially H line and sometimes F. But this depends on if there behind on production. My body is wearing down and im tired of working so much. This company is stricked on attendance. This company doesn't pay forklift compensation. The insurance is great and thats why im bearing with it. The pay is good too. Im making about 14.80 an hour. I hope this helps. There are more departments to chose from like molding and reflash and ect.
