I'm in the middle of the road with this office. I agree with all of the billing comments already made as the front office staff is all about properly billing for the care. But then again, this is where government has driven the industry so I can't really blame them for wanting to get paid. Not everything in life can be free. You need to have your referral authorization before they will make your appointment and you need to complete about nine pages of info before your first appointment and then you're good. My doctor provided great care and at the end of the day that is what I was after. Bottom line, the front office staff could have better bed-side manner and be more patient focused. They should all read "If Disney Ran Your Hospital" for better perspective on how to handle patients.
