Have used Rock Auto for a few years now, I can say the mistakes through their company are only increasing since 2018 and always at the customers expense. I have ordered very large amount of parts through this company and will no longer be purchasing through them due to the increasing mistakes, broken/incorrect parts, and insane return costs for mistakes out of my control. Their reasonable prices have been completely ruined by their shipping costs and horrible customer service.
