I am LIVID. After waiting for over 3 weeks to have my referral processed for this location, I call again to find out what the hold up is. Just when I was about to schedule me, I was asked if I had ever been in an accident, I answered yes and was told that I couldn't be scheduled. There was NOTHING on their site to indicate that this would be an issue (particularly since this was an accident that didn't involve brain trauma) and now I've wasted weeks of my life when I could have been getting the care that I need.
