I recently had awful sinus pressure and Dr. Rudow recommended I try acupuncture to help relieve my symptoms. The last thing I wanted to do was get an antibiotic, if not needed. I tried the acupuncture one time and it helped tremendously...my sinus pressure has cleared and I feel so much better!
