On 17 th November a patient is not only minimum cared by a nurse on female ward. Then there are no way to communicate by patient with patient party as mobile is not allowed in nursing home. Then the patient use another patient party's mobile to connect her family. The the nurse harras the another patient party and other also by creating a scene... It is unexpected.
Their behaviour is too too bad..

Overall service of the Center (not a Nursing home) is too bad.
