I had an issue today that I initially made contact...

I had an issue today that I initially made contact with Mr. Jose Mimoso. He was very Professional, showed empathy more importantly he listened. I was so upset.

He calmed my fears and apologized on the behalf of GAINSCO.. Additionally, went a step further being that he was in Sales. He could have blown me off instead. Mr. Mimoso sent an email to Ms. Bertha Rodriguez in Customer Service.

She apologized again on the behalf of GAINSCO. Also, listen with empathy assisted and calmed my fears as well. The both of them are a definite asset to your company. I will go so far to say, I'd recommend them for a raise.

Even in the most of things going on at GAINSCO that was out of their control. They remained totally in control in the situation. I would advise anyone looking for good insurance at a great price.

The most important and impressive thing for me is good customer service. So, if anyone is looking for insurance needs. I am referring you to GAINSCO. My message to Corporate is to give these two very Professional individuals a raise.
