I fell in love with my apartment the moment I saw it. I still absolutely love my apartment and the amenities that the community offers. I honestly haven't even had many issues with parking. I always find a spot...no, the spot is not always right next to my apartment but the community is set up in a way that allows you to get from one side of a building to another quickly by foot. Apparently, people have issues with walking though so they park on the curb and get mad when they get a boot or get towed for parking illegally...that's on them.

There is a new Manager who seems to really care about the place and is working hard to change the entry system (gates and call boxes) and is also working on fixing the "parking situation". My biggest issue here has been other residents and their lack of concern for keeping the community clean. There is only so much that maintenance can do. They are not here 24 hours a day to keep the premises clean nor should they be. They get here extremely early and leave pretty late...that should be enough. Residents should be decent enough to not leave their trash where it doesn't belong.

Also, pets. If you don't want to pick up after your pet, don't move to a community that requires that you do so...otherwise, you ruin everyone else's experience when they step on your dog's bodily waste.

If things don't change before my lease is up, I will be leaving to a place where people know how to take pride in where they live. I hope management can turn things around and educate some of these residents because I really like my apartment. Honestly, for what I'm paying, I could easily go somewhere else and live near people who actually care about their community's upkeep.
