Horrible, absolutely dismal "service".

Horrible, absolutely dismal "service".

I was rear-ended by an 18-wheeler, police determined no fault on my end.

-Took 6 phone calls to Jevco for them to finally note down the police incident number.

-Was told right away it was a write-off. When I asked how much I would get for a new vehicle I was told they could not say until inspecting my car (huh? So how did they determine it was a write-off?)

-Took 2 months to finally approve repairs. Never coordinated with the rental company.

-My adjuster, and I will gladly name her: Deborah Jones was rude, dumb as a brick, and her customer service "skills" included laughing at me when she could hear my frustration over the phone.

Can not wait to switch to another company come May.
